How does it work?
You can render either Mac or PC Cinema 4D projects on our render farm by setting up an account, uploading your scene and texture files to our FTP server, and using the Cinema 4D NET browser interface to control your render queue, check progress, and preview finished frames. Once your animation or tiled image is complete, you can download the results from the same FTP server.

How many seats are available at a time?
One. When you pay for access you'll have the farm all to yourself, and will never have to wait for someone else to finish rendering.

How much does it cost?
We charge a flat subscription rate of 125.00 USD, payable in advance (via PayPal or credit card) per 24 hour period. Pay a day at a time or reserve weeks or months in advance. Revisions? Changes? Just make another payment before your 24 hour block expires and you're good to go.

Are discounts available?
We offer a 10% discount on advance reservations of 5 days or more, and a 20% discount on advance reservations of 30 days or more.

Can I reserve the farm for say, next week?
We can only accept future reservations for 5 days or more, paid in advance.

Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, however after two hours of farm use, if it doesn't meet or exceed your expectaions, please let us know and we will immediately refund your payment, no questions asked.

Why don't you have a calendar on your site?
Why doesn't it say when the current user's subscription will expire?

The farm is available to one person at a time on a first come first serve basis. Additionally whoever is on the farm has the first right of extension. These two factors negate the usefulness of a calendar. If the farm's availability is listed as IN USE, email us and we can try to give you a rough estimate of when it might become available, as well as notify you as soon as it does.

Is pricing based on the amount of time spent rendering?
Pricing is based on access to the farm in increments of pre-paid 24 hour blocks, not the amount of time spent rendering.

What can I render?
Animations, high res tiled images, whatever you want!

How do I calculate the amount of time it'll take to render my project on the farm?
Multiply the number of minutes it takes to render an average frame by the number of frames, then multiply that by your Cinebench R11.5 score, then divide the total by 52 = the approximate number of minutes it'll take to render your animation. Alternately you can send us the time it takes to render an average frame on your machine, the number of frames, and your Cinebench score, and we'll figure it out from there.

What plugins are available?
in many cases we can add plugins as needed, provided they are NET compatible.
Currently the farm is equipped with the following modules and plugins:
VRAYforC4D, AR3, MoGraph, MOCCA, HAIR, Thinking Particles, Dynamics, Sketch and Toon, RealFlow, Real Fresnel, Color Changer, EdgeShade, Lumen 2, RenderElements 0.6.94, SteadyCAMPRO 3, All Cactus Dan character plugins (coming soon), TurbulenceFD, and Michael Welter's Plugins.

How fast is your FTP server's connection?
It depends greatly on your location and connection, but realistically our connection tops out at about 300k up and 300k down. We strongly recommend rendering .jpeg or .png sequences for optimal download times.

Are other delivery methods available?
Yes, we can ship via UPS, DHL, or FedEx worldwide. Alternately, if you're in the Los Angeles area, you can arrange to come by and pick up your final results- usually at a moment's notice.
